Edgenuity

Welcome to Edgenuity! 

First thing that you will need to do once you find out that you have an Edgenuity class this year is to get an Edgenuity contract from your counselor. You cannot take an Edgenuity class without the contract signed by your parent/guardian and returned to your counselor or to Ms. Rodriguez in M-6. 

Once you submit your Edgenuity contract, you will then be added to your Edgenuity class. Please note the Schedule for Edgenuity deadlines below:

First Quarter: September 24th

Second Quarter: December 11th

Third Quarter: March 9th

Fourth Quarter: May 21st

Edgenuity is based on a quarter system. This means that you could potentially finish one year of a subject in a semester. Semester 1 would be done in the first quarter and Semester 2 would be done in the second quarter. Edgenuity is designed to help students who are credit deficient finish classes faster and catch up on credits in order to graduate on time.  If you are in need of more than 20 units per semester, you will be placed in EHS's IMPACT Academy.

Please note that Edgenuity has classes that are designated as A-G or CR. A-G classes will allow you to graduate and go to a 4-year college. CR classes will allow you to graduate on time only. Please note that Edgenuity classes are NOT NCAA approved at this time. Athletes should not take these classes if they are trying to play at Div 1 or Div 2 colleges. Please note that all classes in Quarters 1 through 3 will be the A-G versions. CR classes are only offered during the 4th quarter this year. 

When you are ready to begin your class, please go to CLEVER and click on the Edgenuity app to begin your class. Your login is already set up to automatically sign in when you go through CLEVER. 

Once you begin, you will need to take all Pretests, CSTs and Final Exams in front of a teacher. You will not be allowed to use your cellphone while taking these quizzes/tests. You will need to look at the Edgenuity calendar below to see when your teacher is available to take these online quizzes/tests. All teachers can be found in their classrooms during these office hours. Please note that some teachers are only available before school and some are only available after school. Classrooms are listed next to the teacher on this page.  Ms. R. Rodriguez, Mr. Perantoni and Mr. Nguyen are able to open all exams for any Edgenuity student even if you are not enrolled in their class. If you have any questions, please stop by M-6 to speak to Ms. R. Rodriguez.
